Flip flops or thongs? have your pick?

which do you use or prefere. i think flip-flops is slight lame. but then dont say thong to someone who usually does say flip-flops, it can be confusing. what do you call them?

Depends where you%26#039;re from and what they were called as you were growing up... I%26#039;m in Sydney, and no-one i know calls them %26#039;flipflops%26#039;, we call them thongs. And for one reason or another, the underwear thong is typically referred to/ marketed as a %26#039;g-string%26#039; here
