Flip flops and duct tape problem?

ok, i got sum cheap flip flops and they broke in school and then i got duct tape to duct taped them back together, but my mom wont let me buy new flip flops because it will be winter soon and i always wear flip flops to scool. is it cool to have duct tape wound around your flip flop or is there a way to fix my flip flops? or how can i convince my mom to let me buy new ones? plus we live in the country so theres no way i can just walk to the store by myself

Reply:You could duct tape all the straps to make it look cooler. People will think you%26#039;re just being creative instead of cheap. You can duct tape like a belt or something too to go with it.
