Flip flops everywhere...ughhh?

now it seems like people wear flip flops to work,school,parties...etc


i remember reading an article of some girls who got in trouble for wearing flip flops at an internship at the whitehouse.....people these days are getting toooooooooooooo comfy. its like heels are foreign to them


i can understand if u wear heels to a special event and other places and u wear flip flops for variations...but some people%26#039;s idea of heels are these ugly shoes with .030830 inch heel. Thats not even considered a heel!!!!!! whats the point of wearing it!!


I hate that slap slap it makes on the floor.....its gross how sometimes these girls have bite marks on their flip flops and it looks dirty...and its usually paired up with some micro mini skirt and a shirt thats 9 sizes too small.

i TOTALLY agree! i saw a congregation full of flip flops at a formal wedding. most of them were sparkley in some way but inappropriate, IMO, non the less.





at work it is the fault of the supervisors and governing board for not addressing it in the dress policy. very tacky and unprofessional.





and, multiple studies have proven that most flip flops aren%26#039;t even good for your feet, knees, or back.





i think it is a hair step above being barefeet. and, please don%26#039;t even mention the people that wear them with crusty/cracked heals (a result of wearing them), or the people who feel confident enough to show the world their thick, yellow, fungal ridden toes! YECK!!!





here in the south i%26#039;ve even seen people, male and female, wear them in the winter with jackets......

.truthfully ....i say if you are THAT digusted with what other people are wearing then ...STAY HOME!! in doors and wear your Heels all day in your house that way you dont have to see any Flip Flops anywhere OR hear the Slap slap sounds .....

I agree that flip-flops are too casual for many places they%26#039;re worn, but hey, not my place to tell people what they can and can%26#039;t wear.
